« Return policy for Canada

Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving their order.

Our returns procedure is simple. If you are not satisfied with your order, if you have received the wrong product or if the product is defective or unsuitable, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at lyn@lynboutique.com. Our team will be happy to help you return the product and obtain a refund.

Return costs : Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unsatisfied or defective products. Actual return costs must be paid by the customer to the shipping company.

Return labels : Digital return labels can be requested by emailing lyn@lynboutique.com.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a refund within 5 days via the payment method used when ordering.

Please note: Only products in new condition may be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they show signs of use.

« New": This refers to products whose original packaging has not been opened and which have not been used.

To return your order or part of it:

Send an e-mail to lyn@lynboutique.com to register your return.
Our customer service department will send you the return form.
Return the items and pay the return postage.
You will receive your refund within 5 days of receipt of your return.
» Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of certain items, including bikinis, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, bras and socks. We understand how important it is to find the right fit and style, but the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. However, if you have any problems with an item you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to find an appropriate solution.

Cancel your order:

You have 30 minutes to cancel your order. After this time, we will not be able to cancel the order. To cancel, send an e-mail to lyn@lynboutique.com within the first 30 minutes.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, don't worry. Our customer service team will help you return or replace it. Contact us at lyn@lynboutique.com.

Exchange policy:

We do not offer direct exchange services. Please contact us at lyn@lynboutique.com for assistance with your return and to place a new order.
