Returns You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at lyn@lynboutique.com with your order details. We will guide you through the return process.
Return Conditions Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Labels A digital return label may be requested by contacting us via email.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this time, cancellation may not be possible. To cancel, email lyn@lynboutique.com as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at lyn@lynboutique.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
